Shipping Information
Orders shipping Common Carrier require you to unload and sign for the items. Depending on the size of your items you may need a fork lift or other unloading equipment.
If you are not available to receive your shipment you will be responsible for any re-shipment, storage fees, or other incurred expenses in connection with your order which will be charged directly to the same credit card used for payment at the time the order was placed. Upon receiving your items please inspect them thoroughly for damage.
If you find that one or more of your items are damaged or missing, please contact our customer service center IMMEDIATELY at (866) 453-4034 Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST. (All – Any) concealed product damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Laden and then reported within 72 hours of delivery. Any product loss or damage NOT noted on the delivery papers will NOT be able to be replaced at no cost as this is considered “concealed damage” which cannot be claimed on our end.
Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon receipt so we may handle any missing or damage claim on your behalf.
