Columns & Carvings offers a full range of factory primed, paint grade/ready urethane products including crown/cornice, base, chair rail, casing, decorative corbels/brackets, door/window headers/surrounds, pilasters and more. Our polyurethane architectural products recreate classic architectural styles with today’s engineering. Our lightweight, high-density urethane products last 3-5 times as long as wood products of comparable appearance.
Our polyurethane products meet superior design and performance requirements for simulated wood materials. There’s never any rotting, splitting, cracking or insect infestation.
Because safety and high performance are top priorities at C&C, our polyurethane products are always:
- Fire-tested for Class A requirements by UL or other acceptable testing and inspecting agencies.
- Odor-free, and release no gases under normal conditions.
- Coated properly to avoid effects from ultraviolet light.
- Resistant to solvents.
- Resistant to fungus and vermin.
- Non-absorbent.
